Mr. Avik Roy is the Managing Director & CEO of Exide Industries Ltd., having joined the company in 2019 and serving on its Board of Directors since 2021. He has held senior roles internationally, including Director – Strategy at Siemens AG, Germany, and Director of Siemens Energy, Bangladesh before joining Exide. Mr. Roy is an accomplished leader with over three decades of experience, spanning across sectors. He has consistently demonstrated leadership excellence and strategic vision across leading global corporations, including Exide Industries and Siemens. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Jadavpur University and an Executive MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila.
Mr. Harshavardhana Gourineni

Mr. Harshavardhana Gourineni is the Executive Director of Amara Raja Energy & Mobility. In his role, he oversees and leads the Automotive and Industrial businesses. In this role he has demonstrated leadership overseeing significant growth of the business and expansion into related areas managing a high-performing team of industry professionals and technology leaders. Mr. Gourineni also serves as Director at Amara Raja Infra Pvt. Ltd. And has previously served as Managing Director at Mangal Industries. His background includes a stint at Johnson Controls Inc. as Demand Planning Analyst.
Mr. Ramachandra Sivaramakrishnan

Mr. Ramachandra Sivaramakrishnan is the Managing partner at Littler associates; a consulting firm ia consulting firm focused on advisory services in business and marketing strategy. His industry experience includes heading the Marketing function at Exide Industries, Sterlite Industries, Amara Raja Batteries and the International business at Pidilite Industries. He was also the Director & CEO of Amco Batteries Ltd. Mr. Ramachandra also serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Lucas Indian Service Ltd. and is member of the Product Advisory and Brand Approval panels at Multi-Commodity Exchange of India Ltd.for Lead. He is also visiting Professor at the Great Lakes Institute of Management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Madras and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad.
Mr. Jitendra Kumar

Mr. Jitendra Kumar is a seasoned corporate governance and legal affairs professional with over 30 years of experience. He serves as President (Legal & Corporate Affairs) & Company Secretary at Exide Industries Ltd., leading secretarial, legal, corporate communication, and corporate affairs functions. He has been instrumental in M&A, restructuring, and ESG initiatives, earning multiple accolades for the company. Mr. Kumar is also active in industry bodies, including BCC&I and CII Eastern Region, where he has driven key governance and CSR initiatives.
